Worst ever customer service! ! ! That comes before being told by the secretary telling me she knows where I live. When I had a dispute about pay8ng for a software update. I didn't change what was there. **** made the software wrong. Not my deal. If I sold you a balloon, but it didn't hold air, how is that your fault?
I was told they would take it off my my bill, but it would cost tech#**. So I grabbed a Christmas card for tech#** and put in a tip to cover his lost wages. Went back to pay my new bill. Which I did. Just want to see Tech #** to get his card. Either owner or manager at the time got uncomfortably to my face and asked me to do something. He wanted a fight when he had guys behind him. Literally was inches away from my face. So to try to calm things down I paid my new bill. Wanted my card to go to the tech. They refused. I told them it is just a card for the holidays. Still refused and got the cops involved. Now I am not allowed there because someone wanting to give a card to a mechanic. Tech#** you will get your card. I will figure out how. Forget them. That was my experience with them. Threatening a fight and cops over a card to a mechanic. Worst place I have ever heard of. About to send pizza and wings to the shop in Tech#** name. Which I don't have. This will take work, but that jerk wanted to fight me over a card to a fellow employee should learn to be kind.
What does he do if someone sends flowers? Just smash them?

We are sorry for the issues ****** is having with her ****. She purchased an extended service contract through us at the time of her **** purchase. She recently asked for the contract to be canceled as she purchased another one elsewhere and we refunded the money that was owed to her on her original contract. We also have the ****** signed by her showing that she was aware that the vehicle had been in an accident along with all service records available to us.

There are no detailed papers regarding that accident causing damage
