    After replacing most of my front end,I went to this business in September of 2023 for tires and and alignment. They replaced my tires, suckered my wife into a tie rod that they didn’t actually replace. Something was still not right with the car so my wife returned the day after asking them to check it out, specifically the struts. They told her the struts are fine. In March I replaced front bearings and brought it back for alignment. Car pulling hard and causing a tire to bald. My wife brought it back and all of the sudden the struts are bad and that’s why the tire is bald, my problem, not there’s. Asked for a quote they tried to rob my wife. Told her links are part of the strut, they’re not, plus links are new. Wants $1200 for struts which means $700/hr for labor. Plus they told us struts were fine. Want to charge to replace a brand new tie rod that was also fine less than a month ago when they accepted payment for a poor alignment. I know for a fact they charge, or attempt to charge, for pates that don’t need replacement. They are responsible for my premature tire failure and should make it right. If this matter can’t be resolved here, we can gather up our paperwork and bring it to court.

    Called Mr. ******** to have him come back in and since I am the new owner of Harry's Tire I will try to resolve the this complaint the best that I can.  The call was placed 5/4/24 at 12:00pm
