    On 8/11 the above mentioned power washed my home. He quoted me $300. I asked if he could do my garage and he changed quote to $375, totally understandable. He called me later that day to see if I’d like my brick pavers power washed; in fact, he said he was a landscaper by trade and could realign bricks, pour new sand, and seal. He could also realign brick pads in my backyard. His quote was now $2,100. I paid him on the spot. When I arrived home to see the work, it appeared that all he did was power wash. I called and he became upset with me. He has pictures on his business ******** page of my house, saying: ‘work I did today.’ He says nothing about landscaping. I was totally misled.

    There a many discrepancies in this complaint. The first being that ****** only paid 900 for the job in question. This job had 3 separate brick walkways to it. It was broken down to 300 dollars a walk way materials and labor. I never once stated I was a landscaper by trade. In fact my business is Anthony Vanderwerffs Powerwashing. I did state I could realign the bricks and sand and seal them to make them look better than what they were. I did have the work on ******** that I will include screenshots of as well as our conversations between us and the her brother in law who is retired from masonry work. I completed the work as agreed. The remainder money which was 1275 was for the house and the larger walkway which I will include pictures and messages as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
