    Was promised they would back up their work. I sent pictures of issues I wanted resolved and James never responded.
    He had no problem asking for money(thousands at a time), came running when I had money, but would not respond or come when I had issues with the work.
    I also had a wheelbarrow of his left in my yard since the beginning of September. When I asked when he was coming to get it.. which had concrete pieces filled to the top! , other garbage, and by then…. lots of water, first he said he forgot all about it. Then I had multiple texts of the days he said he’d get it and how sorry he was… he never came. I guess you can’t trust a business without their business name on their truck. I had to hire someone to take care of this overloaded wheelbarrow.
    He also did another job for me that he said he knew how to do. For this…. he demanded money. He screwed it up royally where I had to get a professional to do the job. For this, I ended up paying another person.
    He promised he would back up his work. I have this in writing. I’m very skeptical of his promise.
    And come to find out…. he never intended on getting his wheelbarrow. It weighed a ton with all that concrete and water. The concrete was also stuck to the wheelbarrow. I am a female. I was unable to get this out from the middle of my yard, hence, had to find someone to help me.
