    If I could give no stars I would this place is horrible the employees don’t know what they are doing. The man who came to replace my broken siding first brought the wrong type of siding and said he would have to come back but I would only have to pay for the materials which I agreed to and now they want me to pay for the service charge too saying they never told me that. On top of that they also replaced a screen door for me at the same time and charged me twice the cost of the door. I understand that the business must make money but to charge two times the cost is just a little bit greedy in my opinion. All that being said I will never again have these people come to do any work for me ever.

    These two jobs were completed the last week in March and the first week in April of 2022. We always follow up with our cutsomer to inquire about job satisfaction and how our technicians performed, however, between the job completion date and the current date, we were never made aware of any issues about our service.
    The price to replace the door was given to the customer at the time of service which the customer agreed to and paid for on the same day. The cost of the door was not doubled, but there is both material and labor cost that needs to be paid for which was included in the final cost.
    An honest mistake was made when supplying the siding and the improper size was bought. As soon as we remedied this, we arranged a return to complete the repair in a timely manner. The customer was never charged extra for this - we simply charged for the time it took to do the job. Had the poper siding been purchased the first time we arrived, it would have cost the same amount for the labor involved. However, it was decided by our company that, since we did have to come back a second time, we would give the customer a discount on the service charge - this did not mean we were going to not charge anything at all for our labor. This has been explained to the customer numerous times.
    Since April, we have tried to reach out to the customer numerous times via email, chat and phone call to discuss the situation and arrange payment, but with no success and no response. We would have gladly communicated with the customer to remedy any situation and discuss any dis-satisfaction.
