    ************* continues to send me emails to apply for their specoial rates of 3 months for $1. I applied, yet I was charged $1 a day for 4 days. when i complained i received the following email from Tom S****, regional director
    "Back in September, 2023, email below, I requested do not sign up and you did anyway. We are cancelling your account. Get your refund back from ****** we are not doing business with you. I have told you many times. Please do not sign up. Your account has been terminated.

    I beleive this man has a personal vendetta against me. He allows me to subscribe, overcharges me, then refuses to refund my $4 after cancelling my account. He tells me to collect the money from ******. I want my $4 from *** and want this man to send sening me promo applications, only to cancel my subscription.

    Mr. ********* has filed multiple complaints with the BBB regarding the same issue. Mr. ********* has been asked and told to NOT signup and that due to his past actions he will not receive a refund from *** ***********. The last time *** refunded him, he had the payment reversed costing *** $10.99.   We have no vendetta against him. His repeated signup/refund cycle is a drain on company resources. In his last email to us he used the F word. As a result of his behavior, he has been removed from our email system.   Danelle K***** Manager, Legal Services

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Mr S**** is a liar. EVERYDAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE ******* ASKING ME TO SUBSCRIBE. I forwarded the last one to ***************************"I receved another email just this morning. How am I contiually receiveng emials if Mr S**** states that they do not eamiul me? Here is a copy and paste of todays email*************************************************************************They send me an email daily, when I subscribe THEY RIP ME OFF !  Obviosly this proves Mr S**** is a lair. I have been receiving emails like this daily for 4 months !!!!
