    This business provided a false diagnosis and charge me $175. When I confronted them on the issue, they told me to change the breaker and it would fix the problem I went and did that and it did not. I contacted them and they gave me no customer service tonight. Give me a refund said that I would have to deal with it myself. Or contact someone else. They charged $175 and did absolutely nothing. Buyer beware. It was a faulty diagnosis just to get $175 and leave they didn’t even offer to make the repair even though they list themselves as a repair service. They want to diagnose and run and a diagnosis not even right.

    Customer was not happy with the service provided. So we Tried working together with customer to trouble shoot the issue online since we are booked out two weeks and wouldn't be able to get back there right away. Customer was not interested in this form of resolution. He began calling names and making threats and accusing us of being scammers and said he would destroy us. Customer became verbally abusive toward my wife and threatened her and when she began to cry, I instructed her to end communication. So she did not get an opportunity to try to set up an appointment to go back out. We were unable to address setting up an appointment prior to the customer threatening to destroy our business and our name all over the internet, **** ***** ****** and the BBB unless we gave him his money back.  

    We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we could understand the customers frustration due to what he "believed" was the case, and to avoid any further incident and for safety concerns, therefore we felt the best and safest course of action was to issue a refund for the service call rather than return to his premises due to possible escalation of this incident. 

    Prior to the visit customer had received hours of free consultation and was not billed for any of it. 

    We wrote a check for a refund for $150 and retained $25 for fuel and mileage and are still waiting for the customer to confirm an address that we can mail the check back to.
