      I opted for an unlimited car wash plan with the manager of Quicklee's on Holt Road in Webster, NY (name is Cody) in September, 2024. Initially, my sticker did not work, so it was replaced (twice). However, in December of 2024 I attempted to utilize the car wash 3 times and all three times it was out of order/inoperable. On approximately December 22nd, I removed the sticker/bar code from my vehicle and filled out a cancellation form for the unlimited car wash plan. I was told that it would be canceled and the manager (Cody) would call me to confirm cancellation, which he did not do. On January 2nd, 2025 my bank account was charged $23.99 for the car wash which was obviously not canceled, nor did I receive any cancellation confirmation. I would like to receive a confirmation of my cancellation in addition to a refund of $47.98 for the months of December and January when the car wash was not operable nor available to me.

      Hello I received a message from BBB that they had not received a response from Quicklee's (the company that I submitted the complaint about); however the company's representative contacted me directly via email and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Therefore, I am comfortable closing this complaint and I sincerely appreciate the efforts on the part of the Better Business Bureau.  Thank you so much and have a great day.
