      Run from this company . It took 8 months to get a replacement panel from sunmaxx solar . They gave me the runaround and had excuse after excuse . The original warranty was still in effect and i also purchased a extended warranty . After 8 months i took a three hour drive to pick up a replacement . Once home i found out it is a completely different panel that will not mount to my existing solar array. There field production employee Michael c******** twice promised to come and bring what i needed . he blew me off twice . he does not return phone calls nor repeated texts. During the eight month wait i called dozens and dozens of times to their call center . Their company refuses to say who is Michael's boss and states he is the only one who can resolve this the final call from him was to tell me he was coming to help out of the kindness of his heart . he further told me i was harassing their call center. If he had had the decency to answer my multitude of calls i wouldn't have had to call their call center . apparently he only answers calls from sunmaxx solar . the company and their warranty isnt worth the paper its written on . Mr C******** claims shipping and installation are not included on the warranty . Run from this company
