    SIX MONTHS REVIEW: Its now been six months (January 15th - July 15th 2023) since I became a member of ***************, and most commonly its when people begin to complain about this or that. But the truth is this gym is awesome. There are 0 complaints here. I highly recommend *************** for anyone who just wants to get in better shape, or for those who are seriously committed. Staff is courteous and helpful, the custodial staff takes pride in the cleanliness and neatness, the trainers are helpful at all stages, from beginners to professionals. I especially appreciate being greeted upon entering and when I leave. The equipment is well maintained, and it seems like they are always doing some renovations and improvements to make your time there more efficient, and accommodating for its many new members. Synergy is still the #1 gym around. Thank you for all you do. ***** ????????????????????

    A very unethical business.Charged me a membership fee after and on the managers request placed me on Freeze for $5.99, a month, with the understanding we would work something out if and when I decided to be activated. Well, from April, when I worked this out with *****, the manager, I was charged $5.99, a month. When I went in on Sep. 6th, to tell him I decided not to come back and please do not cont. to charge me I discovered not only did they charge me the $5.99, but also $49.99, activation fee without my permission, that they now refuse to give me credit for.VERY UNETHICAL WAY IN DOING BUSINESS.Be careful and watch your credit charges.
