      This company has been doing the exact same things for years, but we the consumers keep returning for abuse. When you purchase items, please don't expect to receive your merchandise for at least 4 months or longer if at all. They will charge you extra for packaging tracking, only to find out your package hasn't been sent. They will not respond to your DMs. Good luck, you've been warned.

      I paid for my item on 4/8/23. I received a generic email on 4/27 that they were delayed but that my item would be sent via expedited mail in **** business days with a $15 store credit. I never received my item. I emailed them on 5/10 & 5/15 inquiring the status of my order. I received a generic email on 5/18 stating the company was delayed but that orders plus an additional item would be received between 5/19 & 5/26 via **** Priority & to call if tracking info wasn't sent. Tracking info was NEVER sent which should've automatically have been sent IF the item was actually sent. I've called & emailed numerous times & haven't received a response. I've requested a refund several times but haven't received a response. I STILL haven't received my order! It's a shame to support a small business just to get screwed over! They are SCAMMERS!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!
