    **** Roofing installed my new roof, 11/2022. I noticed a gab between the chimney flashing and the roof. I asked them to come take a look at this as I am under warranty and it appears it may have not been installed properly.

    **** refused, after looking at a picture I sent via email. I requested they actually come to the house to assess and they refused. I hired ******* **** to assess my roof and I sent the assessment via email to ****, also requesting reimbursement for the $150 I paid to ******* ****.

    I received an email back that stated but only were they not reimbursing me, but Ashley was hit my contact at **** and they were spending their time on real customers and someone who contacted them 12 times. I requested that Elijah, owner, contact me. I had requested Elijah contact me numerous times. I sent additional pictures ******* **** sent which indicated that the flashing was not secured.

    I have a warranty and the roof is under one year old. The fact that **** has stopped communication with me, said I wasn’t a real customer and they refused to come to my house, is beyond unacceptable. The owner has not reached out and now I am wondering how to fix the flashing when this company who warranties the roof, won’t address this issue.

    Hi,

    The business I am making the complaint against is the business that I paid, per my transaction receipt. This business also operates under **** Roofing. I am unsure how all of this works, so I made the complaint regarding the entity that I paid. 

    I do not know why there are two names, but it looks like one is the parent company, unsure.
