    I called regarding animal sounds in my crawlspace. Upstate NY Wildlife Control arrived quickly on the same day. The problem was quickly diagnosed to be flying squirrels. A solution was proposed to not only get rid of the flying squirrels, but to also resolve the entry points long term. I greatly appreciate the honesty of this business, the timely response, and positive interaction. I would highly recommend Upstate NY Wildlife Control for any of your pest needs!

    Tom was wonderful! We had some birds in a vent over the bathroom. He was very friendly and took care of the job. While at my house, my parents coincidentally had a bird come in through their fireplace! He went right over there to take care of it. It was a relief to us, especially since my mom had just been discharged from the hospital that day. Thank you for bringing humanity to business!
