    Tom did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. His attention to detail and professional manner, along with his expertise in tiling, plumbing, electrical and carpentry made for a stress free project. He always kept us advised of his schedule and left our house daily as clean as he found it. Tom is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.

    We just had an interior painting job of six rooms, with some additional plumbing work, completed by General Services of Upstate NY. Tom and his assistant were tremendous. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and thorough. In short, the were professional in every way. I would recommend Tom's company to anyone looking for such work to be done.

    Again Tom did some work for me. The quality of his work is outstanding!! The price was excellent, he cleaned up after himself when finished and was on time as usual. This man comes to the job neatly dressed. Let’s be real that is rare quality in a contractor. If you pay a little more, you can be sure that the work will be done correctly!!

    General services of upstate ny, remodeled our bathroom new tiled shower, tiled floor, new recessed lights, electric outlets, fresh paint.tom did a excellent job, always on time, clean up every day no messes. I will use Tom again for other projects

    I have had Tom do work at my home since 2017. He’s done work in my home doing various projects from working on my deck, to laying a new bathroom floor, to doing repairs at my mother’s house. His prices are fair and he lets you know up front your cost and why he charging what he is charging. If he charges a little more it’s because he going to do an outstanding job for his customers. I highly recommend Tom for any job you may have and u can feel confident that the job will be done correctly the first time and at a reasonable and fair price. He arrives on time, specifies what needs to happen, cleans up his mess and is quiet when he's doing the work. I trust Tom with all of my remodeling and repair work. You will be very happy as I have been over the years. Thank you so much Tom. ??

    Not only does Tom do great, professional work at a reasonable price, you can count on him being on time. I've hired General Services for a wide variety of jobs, including tiling, electrical, cabinetry and more. I'm always satisfied with the results--and the price. Very easy to work with. I turn to General Services for all my home maintenance/upgrade needs.

    We were so pleased with the work that General Services of Upstate NY, Inc. did in our home.
    Tom was prompt and kept in close touch with me about his time schedule. He worked at my house every day until the job was done, and he finished in a very reasonable amount of time.
    Every evening he cleaned up before he left and was very neat and tidy with the equipment left overnight.
    The work that he did was of high quality and I am pleased with the results. Everything was done well, so there were no problem areas left behind. (I have had contractors that didn’t leave clean edges etc.). In addition, when a problem with our foundation was discovered, it was investigated and fixed in the best way possible. Tom does the work well and fixes things the right way. We even had a faulty dimmer and he returned to replace it when I called a month after he finished.
    In addition, Tom is such a nice person. He is courteous and friendly which made interacting with him a pleasure. I highly recommend this company for any construction project you may have.
