    ABC Heating and Cooling owned by Ellis G****** and Mike P****** aka Michael C******* was contracted to install my HVAC units with venting on Mar. 20th. It was a 3 day job. After about 4 weeks of different random employees stopping by my house, Mike (C*******) P****** told me the job was finished and expected to be paid in full on April 14th 2023. I am not an HVAC specialist, I know nothing about it. So I believed him and paid him the balance for a total of $13,500. He disappeared around April 26th after never returned to finish the job. Making excuses until the beginning of June, then ignored my calls completely until I filed a formal complaint with ****’s list/ *********** June 26th. At this point Michael P****** (Michael C*******) contacted me claiming the job was finished and other contractors on site damaged the unit. Unknown to him I had 8 contractors come to give estimates on the unit stating the work was about 20-25% done and what wasn’t done poorly was done incorrect. Michael P****** (Michael C*******) first tried extorting me for $500 more dollars to repair nonexistent damages to a unit he abandoned 20-25% done by claiming the unit was now UNBALANCED, when in fact the unit was never actually installed to be balanced. The next day I was in contact with Ellis G****** who attempted to tell me his partner was on life support and dying. After I told him Mike called me last night he told me to “Lay Off” or they would put a lien on my property. For what I have no idea. It cost me $7500 to finish the work on the job these conmen abandoned. I was contacted by others they have robbed as well all while supposedly on Life Support.
