    I used this Trash Can cleaning service in 2022.I did not choose to renew or continue to use this service anytime after 2022.throughout 2023 my cc has been charged quarterly (Jan.,May,July,Oct.) $29.99 per quarter.I have tried contacting this co.numerous times (emails,text msgs.,phone calls,leaving very specific msgs.each time and have never had a response.Only once did I speak to a real person who told me I would need to cancel any service through the customer portal on the website.There is no customer portal on the site!.My cc co. has reversed charges each time as well as issuing a new card to me with a new number,however Shinybins cleaning has attached that card.The charges for service for 2023 by this co. to me are fraudlent charges for a service I did not authorize.I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and do not want to have to go to an attorney which would only be another expense for meMy issue is not the only one with this co. On your site there are at least two other persons having the same issue with this co..I hope you will be able to help resolve my ongoing problem with Shinybinscleaning. Thank You
