    Larue woodworking lost my $5000 antique rifle stock. Will the owner refuses my calls and emails.

    We decided not to do business with this customer.  We returned his item.  It was sent out on 9/11/2024 and I'm sending BBB the signed proof of delivery document that this customer received his item back on 9/11/2024 at 10:53am.  Thank you

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 

     I would love that tracking number!  Also will send video from alleged delivery time and date when they decide to give me the tracking number. There is no delivery to my residence on the date and supposed time. They stole my rifle stock or sold it. I do not possess my item.  Last correspondence states there were shipping however never provided tracking number. They are FAR from PROFESSIONAL!  They lie and deceive customers constantly!  I would like to see there proof of delivery address and tracking number with date and time to send videos of no delivery Liars! Do not do business with them.

    Hi Kevin,  Please see attached for the Shipping paperwork and proof of delivery, *** still has this tracking number active so you can verify yourself if needed. Also, I noticed that his address on his complaint is different then the shipping address, the shipping address was taken directly from the box that he sent the gun stock to us in, which we repackaged and sent back, same packaging in the same box. I can forward you the email correspondence that he acknowledged that the shipping address was correct if you need it to close this out.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22282434, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.   That is not my address and I don't see my signature anywhere. They must resolve this with the carrier. This shows no proof of delivery to me or my address. It's made up. I never received my stock not my address. Scam artists!

    . The address that he sent it to me from and that sent it back to was from the shipping store. I have called the store at *** **** *** **** ********* ** *********** ********* they said that Mr. ******** was notified and has already picked it up from that location. She said that she would call me back after she gets all the information regarding this. Which I will pass along to you when I receive it.

    I WANT TO SEE MY SIGNATURE!  Your company is so shady!  You cant provide the proof of delivery with my signature. Keep sending the same blank form. Do your job and provide proof of delivery to my address. YOU CANT!
