    We are seniors who believe we were taken advantage of. Bathroom renovation was rushed because contractor had an opening sooner than our date. We were told to deal with Greene and **** because they worked together. G&R sent us the wrong tile. We were talked into accessories and told we were getting a top of the line shower stall. What was sent and installed was a dated, full of metal, ugly shower. When we ordered a mirror from another business we saw what we thought we were getting - no metal, glass on glass and modern looking shower we knew we had been taken advantage of. DO NOT shop here. ************ 7/24

    Greene and **** deceived and took advantage of my stroke surviving mother.Imagine purchasing these items from *************************** but they come damaged. They are under warranty but *************************** refuses to honor it. Greene and **** stops answering your emails. This is my experience with ***************************. I was able to get the toilet replaced by the manufacturer, but the best that green and **** would do is give me a slight discount on a new purchase. Yes you read that correct, they would not honor the warranty and their best solution was to charge my mother for another toilet. Avoid this business, my grandpa shopped here back in the day, very sad to see it go downhill.
