    I was told the transport cost of my vehicle was 950.00 verbally and in a text and email from Megan. Once i contacted Megan she told me not only could I not get my car when I needed it, but she was imposed a $50.00 fuel surcharge. When I asked to talk to the owner she proclaimed, "ha, I am his fiancé and everyone is paying a surcharge". I was treated unfairly and lied to and I want my $50.00 back. My car was not loaded when I was there, and I needed to pay 150.00 to have my home maintenance person meet the driver of the pickup loader. I will never do business with this company as long as Megan is involved. I have referred all my Florida friends to another transport company that is run with written agreements and is fun fairly. I would like my costs incurred of 200.00 back. thank you,

    Attached is the email confirmation sent to the customer.  In the email you can see per **** that it was in fact her neighbor that met the driver, not in fact her house watcher.  Also the only reason her neighbor had to assist in bringing the vehicle to our transporter to be loaded was because **** had changed her plans without advising in the change until short notice.  Our schedules are set months in advanced.  We have 100s of customers who rave about the job that Megan does, she is one of the reasons they keep coming back year after year.  Unfortunately we do run into customers such as **** herself but they are very few and far between, thankfully.

    As you can see from my text attachment that Megan quoted 950.00 back in March 2022. But in May 2022 she charged me 1,000! In addition from the text you can see she was suppose to contact me with the date in may and never did. She did threw my car on a random truck back to Rochester. I had to scramble and after getting a 250.00 quote from my home watch company (i can provide you that info if you want) i needed to get a neighbor to meet the trucker. SHE wasn't even going to come to our development to a specific area ALL the transport companies use, instead she was going to make my contact drive 5 miles to ******* *****!!!!
