       I was offered in writing a package for 2 years of **** TV Americans Top 120 programming for $74.99 per month with an additional 2 years locked in at that price by sales representative Chris B*** at Trinstar to switch frim ****** TV. I was instructed to sign the *** Network contract on a computer screen to have the equipment inst***ed and begin that TV service. I now find out the contract I signed and was sent to **** was only for 2 years of TV service. Representatives I spoke to at **** ***************) say they never had any 4 year contracts or 4 year price lock deals. Nothing past the 2 year time frame should have been offered or inferred by Trinstar.

    I received a call from Andrew at Trinstar in Batavia NY and was conned into turning ******** service on. I was told by Andrew on 2/3/24 if I had any problems he would take care of it. Well I changed my mind and cancelled ******** within 24 hours I text Andrew as it was on a Saturday/Sunday. I thought all was good and 2/21/24 they charged my bank card $250. Talked to office manager that day and was told my $250 was being processed taking 3 to 5 days and ass now I have Not received my refund. Also no warning they would charge me for anything!

    I previously sent you attachments from the date Trinstar took my $250. (2/21/24 I believe) out of my account and screenshots from that date to yesterday 2/29/24 to show you that I had Not received a refund from them! As they replied on your message stating they had refunded the money and will verify the refund, well they couldn't verify it as they had not sent me the refund I couldn't find a place to write before I am sorry if I didn't come far enough to see this space to write it up. I resent the screenshots. So as of March 1,2024 they haven't refunded me the money!
