  This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at ever. I was an IT consultant for over ten years. I have stayed in more hotels and motels than I have at my home. I have stayed at no-tell motels in backwoods North Dakota that were in better conditions than this place.
  First, we were told it was a no smoking room, The room reeked of cigarette smoke and every piece of furniture had cigarette burns on them. Good thing there was a ****** next door so we could buy some air fresheners. There were holes in the wall, Bathroom fixtures and ceiling were rusted and moldy. The bathroom door would not close. The curtains did not fit the windows so you could not block out the outside lights to sleep. Only one light in the room worked. The bathroom fan was hanging by the wires. The pillows looked like something out of a baby’s crib. It looked like they took regular sized pillows and cut them in quarters. Only one light in the room worked. All the doors to adjacent rooms had what looked hair ties holding the locks closed. The list goes on and on
  There is no security here. All side doors are unable to close or are propped open so anyone can enter at will. Also noticed on our floor and the floor my daughter was on; several rooms had their doors blocked open. I have never seen this many doors blocked open.
  To the owners, you need to stay at your hotel and then go stay at any of your competitors hotels and understand what comfort, cleanliness, and safety is all about. Or, it is time to sell to someone who is willing to restore the hotel or just tear it down and build a car wash. This is a double black eye on the Quality Inn chain.

  Customer service was wonderful but rooms are very outdated not as clean as pictured on line and hotel has roaches

  *Charged me for 6 nights after checking out less than 12 hours into my reservation. $652.58
  total
  *Smoking and Drug use in the building.
  o Methamphetamine paraphernalia on the third floor hallway.
  o People openly smoking cigarettes in the hallway, management did not follow up on
  complaint of smoking.
  *Elevator signage and operation is not up to code.
  o Open access to electrical components knee to waist high, (perfect height for a child to get hurt) the access door was not secure. Other steel panels were not attached securely.
  o No signage indicating that they had an inspection report in the manager’s office.
  o Elevator did not open to an even surface with the floor, 1-2” off creating a trip hazard.
  • room was not cleaned prior to my vacancy.

  This business does not clean the rooms fully for next occupants. I’ve had to change my room multiple times due to mold and broken things. I have also changed my room because I’ve SEEN bed bugs AND roaches. I would highly not recommend this place to stay at all.
