    I scheduled an appointment for a vehicle key replacement. I was given a rough estimate, day and time frame they would arrive. As the window came and went I called for a status. I was told they would check and call me right back. After another 40 minutes with no call back I called again. During this call I was told they don't service my address. I live in the Town of Batavia, literally minutes from their supposed address. The young lady whom informed me of this and no explanation and was rude, their website actually shows them in Batavia NY. She offered no apology then she hung up on me. For the record I was NOT being rude. I was confused to be honest. I wasted an entire morning and had to adjust my work schedule to accommodate this. They are completely unprepared and unprofessional. I would warn anyone of doing business with these people.
