    I went to pick the pork up the they butchered for me...I purchased a half of pig that cost me $200. Then I paid $234 for the butchering.
    The pigs went to market May 16th I received a call saying that the meat was ready for pick up except for the smoked stuff... I asked if I could wait to pick up all the meat when the smoked stuff was ready cuz of the distance.. I was told by the woman that it would be fine...My daughter in law went to pick up her smoked stuff and noticed mine and said she would take mine for me....witch wasn't even paid for yet...that was on June 10th.
    On June 22nd I traveled to Batavia to pick up the rest of my meat I paid $234 that day. The woman went to get my meat from the freezer and it wasn't there...Told me to check with my daughter in law to see If she picked it up for me and No she didn't....was right on the phone with her right in front of the woman and gentleman at the meat market. They told me to call back Monday to talk to someone else the woman that runs the place. I was told that she has to do some investigating....that she'd call me back!! It's now a week later and I've heard nothing!!

    There was a miscommunication regarding pick up of pork that was processed at our plant.  I left a message for the customer that we would hold product until rest of her order was done.  Mrs. ****** came to our business on June 22, 2024 to pick up product and it was not here.  We thought that her daughter had picked up but upon checking with her daughter and she had not picked up.  We reached out to the farmer to see if he had another pig in order to replace her missing product. We have refunded the processing fees on 7/8/2024 and are replacing the product that was lost.
