At Upstate Roadside Rescue, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, but please be aware that once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued. We charge the full service fee for gone on arrival (GOA) calls, as our technicians still need to be compensated for their time.
Refunds for completed services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. Our technicians provide fast and reliable service, and we are committed to providing you with the highest quality service.
GOA calls: We charge the full service fee for gone on arrival (GOA) calls. If you are not at the location when our technician arrives, you will still be charged for the service call.
No-show policy: We do not offer refunds if the customer is not present when we arrive. Our technicians will still need to be compensated for their time and effort.
Chargebacks: Chargebacks are unacceptable and will be disputed. If you have any issues with your service or fee, please contact us at (607) 385-0385 or [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.
