  Was notified on 5/30 by text @3:00pm that technician would arrive on 5/31 between 9 &11 am and listed phone number if I had any questions. When said tech did not arrive I called the office and was told by ******* that since I did not confirm he was not coming but she would re-schedule for 2:00 pm. No one showed at that time either with no notification by the company. Upon calling again I was told it would be another hour at which time I notified her that I would no longer have any dealings with this company. To leave customers hanging without any notification on the companys part is extremely poor business practice and I am extremely unlikely to have any dealings with Rebmann plumbing in the future!

  The two emplyees who came to our house were competent and worked quickly. My only problem is that a charge of $250 to replace a flow tube seems wildly overpriced.

  Rebmann plumbing is a total rip-off. They wanted to charge me $1355.00 for a 2 hour job. I complained to the repair man so he call the office and got the price down to $949.00. Are you Kidding me!! So now Im out $107 for their service call. What a joke. Im getting the same job done for $320 !! Run away from Rebmann they should not be in business with the prices they charge. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

  I had a water leak on the kitchen faucet. The plumber tightened the part and tightened
  the faucet. Also a small pipe was changed. The old one was rusted out.
  The bill came to over $538.00. I feel I was way overcharged for such a small job. He was
  there one hour. As a senior, he said he gave me a 5% discount.
  The bill with the discount still came to over $538.
  I asked for an itemized bill but they will not send me one.
  Please investigate their overcharging practices. I am not complaining about the work only over charging for a small job.

  Hi Sorry you feel we were unfair with you. Prior to starting any work as always ************** provided you with a price to do the work which you agreed to. He replaced dishwasher brass waste and associated brass nuts, he repaired your hand held spray and tightened a nut on the faucet. In addition to all this he inspected and discussed your concerns with your water heater. Total time spent was 1 3/4 hrs. We gave you a $25.00 coupon, a 5% senior discount, additional $50.00 discount and waived the 3% credit card fee. We feel we did all we could to address your concerns.Thank You *********************************
