    As a student, support should be easy to get from a university. However, it is near impossible to get any kind of help by contacting their offices. For example, emails are promised to be returned within 5 days and do not arrive for several weeks. The toll-free and standard numbers both lead to the same automated answering service where several of the extensions lead to busy tones or automatic disconnections. When one can find a line that is actually functional, only one person is available. The directory service has no actual accounts, so it is impossible to figure out whose extension is what, and even worse if you stay on the line for more help, the service immediately disconnects the call. In summation, this school should take better care of its students and those wishing to contact the school.
