    I booked a service on Groupon advertised as one customized deep cleaning facial with extraction. The woman who worked on my face was incredibly rough, did amateur level extractions that were not only ineffective at removing blackheads but left my skin inflamed (so not very customized). She proceeded to rub my face as roughly as possible with a cream containing coconut oil, mineral oil, and **** butter. I asked her if it was acne safe and she told me it was (I have VISIBLE acne). I took a picture and thats how I found out the $10 cream had those ingredients which are a no go for acne prone skin and that is common knowledge (I am not a skincare professional or technician and I know this). After posting my honest and admittedly bad review to Groupon, an angry unnamed man called me to inform me he had watched me sitting my car as I cried after the appointment, and told me I should have paid more if I wanted better cream used. He yelled and I felt very scared as a woman who had gone to the appointment alone and had apparently been watched by a man I did not see at any point. I dont care about the money but the damage done to my skin and the intimidation following my honest review. The unnamed man on the phone terrified me as I saw only women in the salon. Ive uploaded a photo of the cream taken at the salon for reference.
