    Woman pharmacist and owner ***** employed discrimination against me. Would not allow me to register my insurance at pharmacy and refused to accept me as patient and customer because I was a pain management patient. This is despite the fact that I moved across the street from pharmacy, was a part of the community the pharmacy serves, and in need of necessary medication. Such discrimination caused me pain and suffering and considerable inconvenience. This is business who has a poor moral compass and violated my constitutional rights.
