    The company entered an agreement with All Star Cart to make an Ice Cream Push Cart for my new business. I was told to put down half of the amount in order to get started and I did. I found the service was less than professional with excuses after excuses for not having the item ready in the timeframe promised. The owner of the business or who ever the person was or supposed to be kept avoiding me after he received full payment for the item. I kept records of the written correspondence to show that he was not handling this in a professional manner. I asked for a full refund through my bank because he wasn't responding to me. I still haven't received my money or my product. My new business suffered because I was not able to make any money this year and as a new business owner it crippled me. Now I have to start all over finding a new place to make my Ice Cream Push Cart. I loss money than the item cost.
