    I need your full ATTENTION AND HELP, PLEASE!! My son and myself both went to get glasses ob 12/22/22 in which it came a little under $1000, there were Red Flags that I ignore,, especially him doubting that I could afford to pay for them with my card, and other Slick things as well. I got Versace, my son got ****** *****.,, on 12/26 I had called and had a few words with ******, for being Overcharged for both pair and Not wanting them then especially after seeing Lens Crafters offering a better deal. I didnt receive a call, text or Any type of mailing from them,, to say Glasses are ready for pickup.. I called 1/13/23 about noontime in a very calm manner and spoke to Aggressive ******, I ask to speak to the manager or owner he refused taunting Me, saying good luck at getting my money back, he then informed me that ****** was the owner of the business and told me I needed *BABBLE* (Disrespectful} and Hung up.. I called back the phone went into voicemail as if the business was closed for the day, I waited a few minutes later cause I couldnt Believe he said that, well he answered I let him know CALMLY that he was being Unprofessional, Aggressive and Arrogant and that if Anyone needed Babble it would be his Mother,, he then said ***** ****** and hung up again. I was ******, SHOCKED in TOTAL DISBELIEF that this devil spoke like this, he then proceeded to call Me RIGHT back, KNOWING HE WAS WRONG!! I refused to Answer. I left a message for ****** to call Me back in regards to the matter 1/16/23 he hasnt responded Yet!! I also contacted Care credit to stop payment as well, we still dont have possession of glasses. I want my monies credited back to my account. They (he) NEVER called or contacted Me EVER, THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND TAKE A LOSS FOR THEIR RACIST ACTIONS.I Dont, Cant and Wont feel Comfortable wearing or accepting this glasses from them, it would be that I ALLOW THAT BEHAVIOR OF DEGRADING TOWARDS MYSELF WHEN I DONT AND DIDNT ASK FOR. I UNDERSTAND LIARS, RACIST ARE WINNING NOWADAYS AND EVERY AND ANYTHING GOES, BUT THIS IS WRONG AND UNACCEPTABLE IN, THIS DAY AND AGE!! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP, BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION AND RESOLUTION..

    i told her that your glasses are ready    she keep  trying to let us know 
    some other place  much cheaper .  i mention  that you have three pair
    glasses they all brand name frames   and ***************************** 
    polycarbonate  scratch coding   .and they are  also custom made lenses
    something is already done you can  undo it .well i said  if you like you can
    go less expensive  frames .  it  will be  much cheaper  but   i dont know
    why   she had   started in appropriately   insulting  me and my  employees.
       again   we dont   answer  back to our customers  whatever  they
    might  say   because our policy   is dont answer back      but  I still 
    willing to work with  her   .  something is  done,  it cant  be canceled  
    .  either  she can pick them up or  she choose less expensive  frames  .
    she dispute  to charges  but her credit  company(care credit)  find us  right  on this   matter    because we  havent done  anything wrong   and all the  mischaracterization   that she is doing  we  are still trying   find common ground  to work with her       . i would  had gladly refund her money  if  she had called same day or even  maybe following  day   maybe we could have stop  the making  her  prescription progressive  lenses    but   her custom  make lenses  were done  when  she called   and i told her that   she  start   to   speak   unpleasant   .  anyway hopefully   this letter finds  you   and   answer your  concerns.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has *OT been resolved because:

      To whom this may concern,

    The LIES, this person is saying, we visited Thursday 12/22/22 Christmas weekend, he was being Racist then doubting that I could afford glasses. 

    I called and spoke to Eugene, exactly on Saturday 12/24/22 NOT as I thought Monday12/26/22 (copy of phone log) that’s when I Firmly mentioned I’m NOT happy and wasn’t interested in these glasses and being overcharged.

    I WOULD’VE DEFINITELY BEEN IN THE TIME FRAME TO CANCEL, he Never ever MENTIONED they were ready.

    The LIES he’s saying, again as I said before I had left a message on 1/16/23 after that RACIST incident, from ****** being Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Aggressive saying I need Babble and calling Me the *** **** on 1/13/23 in which I was Very CALM, in which ****** tried to call right back after he realized what he said,, I Refused to Answer. 

    Still NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL, NO MAILINGS NO NOTHING!! 

    I’ve NEVER had ANY  type of conversation or discussion about these glasses with him, only ****** taunting Me, about NOT getting my money back.. 

    I’ve All my receipts of calling him, he CAN’T do/say the same, how WILLING to work with Me, (but to say  “we don’t   answer  back  to our customers  whatever  they 

    might  say   because our policy   is  don’t answer back”)

     NOT one time in his rebuttal that he says he CONTACTED me, NEVER HAPPENED!! 

    I’m  Not sure where he has 3 pair glasses ordered, when WE’RE Only 2 People.. I was definitely Overcharged and with Pricing.  

    The Care Credit Company DOES NOT agree with him they’re STILL doing an Open investigation in regards to this matter. The MISCHARACTERIZA-TION,, is on them using RACIAL SLURS to a consumer is Frightening, Especially this day in age, Totally INEXCUSABLE . 

    It was Never what was DID but what was SAID,, 

    PLEASE DO NOT DISREGARD OR DISMISS WHAT WE HEARD FROM ****** CALLING ME THE “N” WORD.

    I called and spoke with 3 different carriers, different locations and 6 different people asking the time frame to receive progressive glasses back ALL said at best 10-14Days, NOT 2-4 DAYS as he claims they were Ready on the 24th of December TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE, therefore I would’ve DEFINITELY been in my time frame to have CANCELED this order especially it being Christmas weekend.. The LYING and RACIAL SLUR makes it Totally impossible to do Any type of business with them, NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE BEHAVIOR AND NAME CALLING WORDS SPOKEN TO ME, IS INEXCUSABLE and UNACCEPTABLE!! I’ve NO reason to LIE or Want contact the BBB, CARE CREDIT, NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL, or Reviews and will be Exposing this RACIST establishment to ALL Social Media Platforms.. 

    They’ve 2 different Phone numbers to this 1, location (enclosed is my phone log)
