    I purchased the purely white deluxe and the box states +15 treatments per box. Inside box contains 3 syringes of 3ccs of gel. Instructions say fill mouth guard with 3ccs of gel making it clear that there is only three treatments not 15. I have tried to get the staff to tell me how to get 15 treatments and the only response I received is how I purchased their item from a flash sale and I cant get my money back I have to live with what I bought. I urge everyone to check out the product and these messages before buying their products.

    The item arrived and did not work. I sent an email and they responded quickly and asked me to send them a video and photos of the item not working. I was irritated that I had to do this, but i sent them. I then sent 3 emails to follow up and that was 8 days ago and I still have ever to receive a response. I was looking to exchange the item and now I want a 100% refund.

    This company is a scam. When you order the overpriced package, they promise 2 additional syringes and a coupon. The catch is that you have to leave a 5 star review and show proof of doing so. After you go through this process, they do not provide the syringes as promised. They have no customer service and are impossible to get a hold of. Buyer beware.

    The product kind of worked, but there's no way to get in touch with customer service. They sent a QR code to scan for a free syringe. The automated response said I would get 2, but I never did. It also gave me a coupon code to order that doesn't work. I emailed about both issues but never got a response.

    I placed my order October 23rd 2023 at 12:24 p.m. . Their site says 4 to 5 business days. It is November 17th 2023 and I've yet to receive my order. I have contacted purely white deluxe numerous times and have been given nothing but the runaround. I have asked for either a refund or accommodation in terms of reimbursement if the order has been lost, but to no avail. First I was chilled that they would look into the problem and then I was told that there was no order with my name, even though I have the confirmation email from them stating that I place my order and they received my payment. I have begged and pleaded to get a response from them in regards to what is going on with my order, refund, or reimbursement and they keep telling me that it was a flash sale. I understand it was a flash sale, but if they don't have the product they should refund my money. They should let me know what's going on. This is a horrible company. This is a total scan. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday, but I don't believe I will see the order that I purchased nor the money back from this company for not delivering me my order. I'm totally appalled with how this company has handled business.. purely white deluxe... No purely unethical and unprofessional business. Do not buy from this company!
