    One of the Worst experience ever!!!First thing, as soon I got in the shop, the sales lady already was rude had an attitude, and I really felt uncomfortable, and speechless. As soon I walked close to the glasses display, the same rude lady said to me:Dont even look at those glasses, you cant afford them!I couldnt believe my ears .The whole process gave me anxiety, couldnt wait to get it that place!!From January, I asked for a copy of my prescription, and Im still waiting.?????At this point I didnt even think to go back, yesterday I went to the optical place in ******* ******* point, where I could notice immediately a huge difference. As soon the lady said, how can I help you I was assisted by The Doctor that went above and beyond explaining exactly everything in a professional way to help me with discounts and rebate for my purchase. So now I can say this place is really bad, especially when I compare it, because I had to go to another optical center I wouldnt even recommend to my worst enemy .

    ********************* used her insurance and was directed to the frames that were covered by her insurance. She paid her $35 copay and received her glasses. If ********************* would like her RX she can do so by emailing ******************************************************* or by calling ************. We will gladly give her the prescription.

    I am very sorry you had that experience. I see that you haven's been here since 2022 for glasses. You used your insurance last time and spent $35.00. There is a copy of your prescription written out for you that we sent to you previously. If you need another copy we will be more than happy to send it to you. Please call us if you still need it. I do want to say that the sales people would never say that someone couldn't afford glasses because we would never know that and just not something anyone would say. I believe what you may have heard was that "You can not choose from that section or purchase those because they are a different insurance then your own and those are samples" That is usually what is said. We just inform people of this so they don't look in that particular section because we can not order it for them unless they have that insurance, which is the case here.
