AS STATED ON OUR INVOICE, ONCE GARMENTS ARE CUSTOMIZED, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE. WE SEND "PROOFS" OF IMPRINTS TO CUSTOMERS BEFORE CUSTOMIZING SO THEY CAN CHECK ALL AREAS OF THE CUSTOMIZATION. ONCE THEY APPROVE THEN, WE CUSTOMIZE.
TYPICALLY, HOWEVER, IF AN ORDER HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, AND CUSTOMER DECIDES NOT TO CONTINUE WITH THE ORDER, WE MAY DEDUCT 25% FOR RE-STOCKING FEES. (IN MOST INSTANCES, THIS FEE IS WAIVED).
