    I had no problems other than a cabinet pull that was damaged. I emailed them a picture of the damaged pull and they sent out the replacement immediately.

    Ordered $1000.00 worth of k**** and was shorted 10 cup pulls at almost $20 each! K4L said they would contact the shipper, and basically told me that the shipment WAS correct and I would not receive what I ordered and paid for. Do NOT order from this company! I have to go through **** now to see if I can get my money back if I send these back. And they have never heard of the term "customer service". The representative was glib and could not have cared any less. I am at **** end.
