    I purchased 2 tix for a class in which was cancelled the night before... they issued me a credit towards a future class because they don't offer refunds. I picked a new date/class to utilize my credits, and that class was also cancelled the night before on their behalf! Now this is two times they cancelled on me and due to my schedule it's hard to find another one that works for me, so I write and email requesting a refund. I mean its only fair since they cancelled on me, not once but TWICE and I tried rescheduling.After back and forth with the manager, I ask to speak with the manager to resolve this. The owner emails stating she will not issue a refund and will not come to a resolution with me.

    I am a small mom owned business with a policy in place which states that a minimum of 3 people are needed to hold a class. Each payment is considered a deposit paid in full towards a class. If 3 or more people are not sequestered the customer will be notified before and their deposit paid will be held for a future class. The credit never expire and can be used towards any class that is held. This policy is on our website under each class description and posted on our social media. ******* was aware of this and only became aggressive and hostile after the second class she wanted to join was canceled. We reached out when there was a class and she refused. As a very small business I can not control how many and when people register nor can I afford to pay an artist and supplies for just 2 people and this is why that policy is in place. I apologized to ******* for the inconvenience but she continued to get more and more hostile. We have been in business now for just under 5 years and we have not had an issues like this if anything people understand how expensive everything is and work to support small business like mine that are trying to compete with larger corporations.
