My home had a puffback, my insurance company which is ******** stated **** Davis is their preferred vendor so they started the job for cleaning, removal of content to clean and bring back (2nd floor) and painting. The removal of the content was not cleaned and brought back dirty, dirty fans with soot were placed in boxes clearly market clean clothes, various items are missing or broken. PDR send someone to reclean however they only put the dirty items in my cabinets. Clean up of the 1st floor, broken lamp shade (has been replaced), broken display from another country, their clean shrunk my fathers ***** ***** wool pullover. In the basement comic book collection box was soaked in the basement from them cleaning. I brought this up to **** Davis, reps name ***********************. ***** either doesn't answer his cell (voice mail full) or negates what I am telling him. Also, the painting crew threw plaster dust on my lawn, shook off their paint bushes on my lawn, law mower cover, ***** grill cover, downspout and fence, painted my father dress shirt, scratched the wood floors when moving the furniture (1st floor), refrigerator doors don't close by their own since they were moved 1st and 2nd floors, tv stand door was broken, used my box fan to pull out the dust in a room they skim coated, still has plaster dust in the fan. Head of the painters thought I would bring a 102 man up a flight of stairs so they could paint, when I complained he continuously uses the Spanish word "****" in my presence. When putting down a rug my printer was dropped on the floor no longer works. I asked from the beginning that the frame of windows are discolored, still needs to be applied to ********. The only respect I have with the construction crew ********************* said he would cut a check for the damages and do something with the wooden floors, still waiting....Since I only have a certain amount of characters I have a list compiled along with picture's to provide if needed. I've attached some pictures.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Paul Davis Restoration of Metro New York regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

PDR asked me for a list of missing, broken, missing pieces, complaints which I supplied on an excel spreadsheet on 9/29 along with pictures I shared from my ****** drive along with sending via WeTransfer. I have not heard back from them as of this date.
