    I've had a few issues with Precision Compounding Pharmacy over the years. The quality varies with the medicines they compound. A couple times I received burnt troches that in no way looked or tasted like they were safe for human consumption. Also, regardless of the prescribed strength, the troches always seem to vary in strength, sometimes a batch is very weak and sometimes the batch is very strong. The primary issue I'm currently experiencing, and have been experiencing for a while now, is delays. They are a pharmacy, providing important and necessary medication to patients and they are rarely reliable about making sure to fill and mail the prescription in any sort of reasonable amount of time. This last time my provider sent them a prescription on March 31st, 2025, after about a week of not hearing anything I contacted them and they said there was a delay but didn't know why and couldn't give me any more information. I started calling, emailing and texting daily, not hearing back from anyone then finally after about 2 weeks I get a tracking number but then they take days to even get it in the hands of **** This is not acceptable for a pharmacy who is handling people's important medications. It's supposed to be filled within a couple days then mailed and I should have it within a week, at most, of the provider sending it in. Precision has gotten so bad that the person answering the phone doesn't know the answer to anything or how to solve any issues or even find out what's going on, I have to send about a dozen emails and texts before anyone ever gets back to me, and always delays. I could get my rx in 2 weeks or a month, who knows, it just depends on when they decide to fill a prescription. They need to do something about this issue, it's not ok at all to make patients go days/weeks without their medications.
