    This is a shady dental practice. I was told I needed a crown for a cracked tooth that was asymptomatic. I had only gone in for an initial exam and cleaning. The dentist convinced me that is should do the crown asap as my tooth would eventually crack more and be painful. I spoke to my wife who had worked in the dental field and she said just schedule it for a future date. I did. Meanwhile, while the dentist continued his exam, he continuously tried to upsell me on other products and services. When I scheduled the next appointment for the crown I was given an estimate of about $1200 and was told I could pay half at the first appoint and the balance when the crown was done. This is what I did. 4 months later I get a text saying I owe over $1000 still. I called and they said they were appealing it with my insurance and never hear back. 4 more months go by and they text me again saying I owe almost $900. They are a total BAIT & SWITCH practice. I had a relative who worked there and left before this due to their shady ways.I only selected one star because I have to! OTherwise ZERO STARS for them!

    Absolutely awful office. They give you balances that you owe with no explanation of what theyre for, apparently no way to print out or mail you a bill, and unfriendly front desk staff. Felt like pulling teeth to even get a receipt of payment after. Then I called my insurance and found out what I charged for was something that should have been covered. I just dont understand how a dental office can be operating so opposite of a medical office when they are considered an office of dental medicine. ****** speak ill of the dentists I saw, he was very knowledgable & kind. I just cannot get past the unprofessional way this office is run.
