    I am not liable for this debt with **********************. I do not have a contract with with Stern and Stern PC. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    After agreeing to an amount to pay less late charge. I received another notice to pay the late charges. And rep conveniently did not note in the file. I received first notice in April 2023 and made payment within a month. The amount was from 2015 & 17. Before this notice I have not received any notice for payment and dont think I should have to pay a late charge because they didnt send a bill in at least 3 1/2 years

    - Business has put a lien on my property and has held my property hostage for what they claim is an unpaid 'Tax reduction bill' of around $600. We have not sought their services/ their clients services for ********************** and have been using aggressive/unethical attempts to hurt my finances as much as possible with no proof for the bills.

    This office represents PTRC in regard to an outstanding invoice unpaid by ******* ******.  Attached is a copy of the contract requesting my client's services, the determination of Nassau County indicating that PTRC reduced the assessed value of the property as per the contract as well as the invoice sent which remains unpaid.  

    This office filed a legal action to recover the amount due my client and entered a Judgment (attached) which is the basis of the lien against their property.

    This office is simply doing it's job in taking ************ action in an attempt to collect money justly due our client.
