    Company caused irreparable damage to my mature tree. I did not hire them. My neighbor hired them to prune branches. They tresspassed my property and cut my trees without permission. I will be taking legal action against them. No reply from company owner after trying to contact them

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by All American Tree Experts regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved.

    The owner contacted me by text and threatened to cut all of my trees at the property line so they all would be damaged and possibly die if I pursued any action against him.
