  Bad company and business practice charge excessively if you Dont use enough propane and if you Dont pay your bill in time they go on your property without asking and take their tank back with out capping existing propane line they were charging 15 dollars every time bill was late Im going to file a report with consumer affairs as well not a good company if existing tank they took was **** of to another tank somewhere in the house like the basement then the propane would leak out from existing line that they did not cap fire hazard who will tell me no? They should be shut down choosing monetary value over safety

  The purpose of the BBB is to address a legitimate problem. We have a written contract with you that you signed. Our contract sets forth our terms and conditions upon installation of our propane tank and equipment. It is a common procedure in the Propane industry. The contract does stipulate that there is a required minimum annual purchase of one (1) tank full per year (No propane company afford to put an expensive investment at your home and hope to sell you propane occasionally). We allow up to 30 days for payment with no additional late fee. The contract also stipulates that there will be a late fee to all invoices over 30 days. You also reference an unsafe condition. The contact also stipulates that you will not alter or modify the propane system without first consulting us. Your mention of a possible propane tank in the basement would be a violation of federal code. It is illegal to have a propane tank inside of a building anywhere in the country. When our technician removed the propane equipment there was no propane leak because we just removed the supply tank and regulator therefore no potential gas leak was left at your home unless you tampered with the propane system after we removed the equipment. Another stipulation in our contract is that you will provide us with clear and unobstructed access to our equipment (after all we own it). In conclusion I would have to disagree with your complaint about everything. We did nothing wrong or illegal. We are just enforcing the terms of our contract. The issue here is you chose not to pay your bill or attempt to make a payment, you were called several times on the telephone and mailed a reminder statement every month. With no action on your behalf, we removed our equipment from your property which is also a term in our contract with you.
