    My husband's car was in an accident in January of 2023. Since then, the garage has not been transparent with what is happening and has been caught in several lies. As of today, May 23, 2023, the car is still not fixed.
    Attached is a detailed log of communication with the auto repair shop.

     we received the 2023 **** ****** in Jan, started ordering parts in Feb due to insurance and customer not sure if we were going to fix the car.  As this is a brand new car and as you also know how hard it may be to get many products ,  These parts had to come from Germany and are on back order, as explained to customer each week sometimes 2 times a week.  Knowing this is a business we do take new work in every day,  we do not stop working while waiting for parts,  then we loose money this is how we make a living.  We worked on the car as we can and as parts came in.  Also as taking a car completely apart new things that the adjustor missed as well are being  noticed and need fixing which also delays work progress,  We still have parts for this car on back order, while car is at *** ******** to be reprogramed as this is a 2023 all  electric car and *** ******** first one to work on.  We were going to have *** ******* finish the car off but they refused,  because it is an insurance job through us.  With that being said as of today 06/05/2023 the $500.00 check  that was written to us for the deductible for insurance was stopped by the owner of car.   We have kept in contact with insurance adjustor as he has been here multiple times taking pictures and checking progress as well.  The customer has been demanding and impatient, sneaky and recording against us knowing which itself is breaking the law. If we had known the job was going to be this difficult to  get parts we would have passed.  As noted before 1st generation electric car no extra parts were available and on back order.  This was out of our hands, its an inconvience to customer and us.  Car will be repaired and all debts are paid in full as soon as we can
