I had a great experience working with RoadRunner. Booking was easy, communication after that was great and customer service was helpful. The driver who actually moved our cars was also really nice and easy to work with.V2 Logistics Corp.

Warning, stay away from this company. They may show they have great ratings but they are have terrible customer service, do not provide an easy way to communicate with them other than waiting on the phone for ***** min then getting short, rude customer service **** and one actually hanging up on me. Booked a car shipment and almost 2 weeks later a pickup date was confirmed only to get a no show. Decided just to cancel it after $1800 was charged on my credit card and they refused to send cancellation email. Disputing this charge now through credit card company as my only option. Complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. The customer service staff, which I spoke to at least 10 over these 2 weeks had no interest in helping resolve any issues and are very rude. Not sure how a company that charges these rates with such poor customer service remains in business. BE VERY AWARE!V2 Logistics Corp.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced throughout this process. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Unfortunately, the carrier originally assigned to your shipment had an unexpected mechanical breakdown and was forced to cancel. We understand how disruptive this was and immediately continued working to find a replacement. On 6/5, when you contacted us to cancel the order, we processed the cancellation right away, issued a full refund, and sent a cancellation confirmation email that same day. This company had a way better price than some competitors and no hidden fees. After sending my info I received an email saying that my shipment was confirmed and on schedule for your requested timeframe. I received this email daily the week leading up to pick up and heard nothing else until the driver contacted me the day of. I was a little nervous but glad it worked out. Picked up in my requested day and dropped off two days later as promised. No issues. Would use again.V2 Logistics Corp.

I rarely submit reviews, but I have to express my disappointment regarding my experience with shipping a vehicle through this company. I booked with this company two months ago and my vehicle was scheduled for pickup today; however, I have yet to receive any confirmation from the carrier or Road Runner. Despite receiving emails stating that my shipment is confirmed, Road Runners representatives inform me that my shipment is not confirmed and that they are still searching for a carrier. As a military family, we are relocating tomorrow, and I was advised to leave my vehicle with a designated individual, with the assurance that it would be collected at a later time??. I find this level of service to be exceptionally unprofessional. The prolonged hold times when attempting to contact the company, coupled with the rudeness of customer service representatives and the lack of reliable updates on my vehicle shipment, have been disappointing. I have since reached out to an alternative company, which has agreed to collect my vehicle tonight, with an additional cost for the expedited service???????.V2 Logistics Corp.

TERRIBLE company - under the name Road Runner Auto Transport. DO NOT USE. Once they sign you up to ship your car, they don't return calls or emails, the don't answer the phone (endless hours on hold) and despite receiving an email that my shipment was "confirmed and on schedule for your requested timeframe" this was NOT the case. They left me in a total lurch - I am headed across the country and my car will be left behind and I have to figure out how to deal with it. They sign you up, don't tell you that they might not be able to ship your car and then ignore you completely. I can't say enough bad things about them.V2 Logistics Corp.
