I leased a vehicle directly with **************** in September 2021. In October 2021 I was directed by **************** to make my lease payments with Bethpage (Now Fourleaf). I made my lease payments on time through December 2024 and returned the vehicle on November 10, 2024 in prime condition. Between late January and Early February I was made aware that there is a remaining fee I need to pay. After multiple back and forth with Bethpage (Now Fourleaf). I was referred to an agreement that was not explained to me by the salesperson that **** is the administrator and I must pay a fee regardless of the return date or condition. I disputed this with **** in February and filed a complaint with **** in early March. Then to my shock, Bethpage now Fourleaf reported my account to collections in April which is a clear violation of ****. I disputed the matter with CULA as directed by (Bethpage) Fourleaf AND I never opened or signed any agreement accepting (Bethpage) Fourleaf as an account holder/payment administrator. They did not have the legal right to report an "account" to collections affecting my credit score. I paid them in good faith on time as directed by **************** and they unethically messed up my credit score. I filed a complaint with **** because they should be aware of this businesses bad business practices. Id never willingly do business with them after this nightmare.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The derogatory remarks are still present on my credit. However, I have received no updates in regards to an agreed upon amount or waiver for the lease end fee that i was made aware of in late January after turning my vehicle in on the week of November 14. As mentioned my vehicle was turned into **************** one month early.
They failed to inform me of the additional administrators when I initially signed. As you are aware my payments were on time each and every month for the lease term of 39 months. I paid $350 to detail the vehicle before turning it in. Had I known that I would still be charged a lease end fee I never would have spent that money to detail it.

Completely misleading people just to pull your credit and the under writer there job and is not doing anything but turning people down for unusual reasons. They use debt as a reason but the under writer does not listen when told the debt would be cleared with the loan. Are credit score was approved and was over the request. Dear ******* ******,
Your correspondence to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) was received by FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (FourLeaf), and we appreciate the opportunity to review and address your concerns.
Our records indicate that you submitted a joint application for a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) on May 15, 2025. FourLeaf, like many other lenders, implements and follows certain lending guidelines for all loan applications to mitigate certain risks and potential financial loss exposure. FourLeaf assessed each borrowers credit profile and decided not to extend credit at that time, as the application fell outside of our approval guidelines. This was listed on the Adverse Action letter sent to the address on file, dated May 15, 2025.
I hope this information helps bring clarity to the situation.
Sincerely,

I leased a car through **** ended paid in full 8/24. was told i was done. NEVER received anything from ****. Started receiving calls from **** in 2/25 asking for my ss #. Doubting the validity of the call went directly to the bank spoke to a teller and manager confirming i had a Zero balance and was told smart to come in. 3/25 i received a derogatory **** on my credit report bring me down 200 points to an almost perfect credit score. I called the now NOT known NEW name four leaf that i had a disposition fee which i stated i was NEVER notified of no Collection notices ... nothing. Ive seen complaints and reviews that I am NOT the only one this has happened to. I paid the bill that i now knew was due. I want my credit score renewed and the derogatory re****s removed. I NEVER received any notice even that the bank was now a new name no multiple notices for back payment .. NOTHING.. I want know why this is allowed my bills were always paid in advance and in full why would i NOT pay a bill if i had been notified. i was told i was stuck in middle of mixup merger maybe? why should i be penalized for internal issues. I will stop at nothing less than restoring my credit score back to where i was previous this horrific mess.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I put a complaint in with BBB back in April My credit score was destroyed due to imcompetance by Four leaf My bills are all up to date daily. My credit score was 830 and derogatory remarks brought me down to 630. I was NOT at fault and four leaf put the complaint and derogatory remarks. I was told they were removed and to give 30/60 days for my score to come back . I waited with no return in score. I would like to put another complaint for deformation of my score on something from era at four leaf.
i can Now NOT apply for a new car loan as they have destroyed me when i had Near perfect score. Please advise me what is going on and why my score has not reflected to clear my name . I will continue to be available and need to know my next steps. I have NO outstanding bills other than a current lease with timely payments and credit cards that i continue to pay daily with zero balances.
Thank you in advance

I recently had a flood in my house, insurance paid out, the check was deposited in my act. **** is now holding it in escrow making it really difficult to pay for materials and to pay my contractor. This is causing major delays and causing a great deal of stress on top of an already stressful situation. My contractor will not continue without payment. I need to order appliances, granite, shower doors, toilet, sinks, trim for shower, faucets, sinks, mirrors. Some of these items take weeks to get, Id like to order them ASAP. I explained this to the person handling my act., its not sinking in. I need MY money.Business Response

There is a delinquency and non-payment of the final closing bill on my Jeep Lease Loan (Acct *********** that I had through Bethpage FCU (currently FourLeaf). When I called FourLeaf today (and spoke to your representative ***) informed me that a bill was sent out August 12, 2024. INEVER received said bill at that time.Nor at any subsequent time did I receive asecond or potentially third notice bill that I would expect to have on a delinquency of such importance. If ONLY one letter was sent via **** that is a lot of trust inthe ******************I even called Bethpage during this time to make sure I was good on the remaining payments for the Jeep that I was receiving via post mail and to make sure that the loan had been satisfied. This was confirmed by the representative I spoke to. At that point nothing was mentioned about the final closing cost bill.Had I received a physical bill in the mail, like I had for the prior 36 monthly payments that I always paid on time, I would have surely paid the last and final bill. No attempt was ever made to inform me that the loan was past due and I also never had any indication online that it was past due.I requested and have since paid a final bill. As a loyal and diligent customer of ********************** and now Fourleaf, I think my payment history speaks for itself and I request your assistance in rectifying this issue with the CHARGE OFF status that is has massively affected my credit score. Mostly, I am looking for the negative impact to be removed from my credit score as I dont feel it is warranted and I was never given the opportunity to know a bill had not been paid before they charged it off. I cant pay a bill I dont know exsist.I received an email from FourLeaf on 4/8/24 stating they will not fix the credit report. Its clearly their fault for not following up.Business Response

+I was approved for a auto loan for the balance of my truck lease end for $14,024 @ 6.68% for 60 months subject to conditions listed , which i was told everything was ok and I had 60 days from 2/07/25 to close on the loan. I was denied because someone discovered it was a commercial vehicle after financing it for 4 years in a lease from credit union leasing of America. I was informed of this on 3/17/25 the day I called to close on the loan. On 3/25/25 I received a notification from Experian stating reasons contrary to the truth, which now is hurting my credit score. They wanted me to drive 5hrs round trip to deposit $5 in savings account and they would give me application for a business loan and then drive 5hrs back and hand in the application for evaluation. In the meantime I extended the lease for 5mos.with payments to (Bethpage) ,now known as Fourleaf Federal Credit Union.Business Response
