The date of the transaction was 6/18/2022. The purchase price for the battery on 6/18/2022 was $168.89. I had purchased a battery some time ago for my **** ***** Civic LX that had a 3-year/36-month warranty, but the battery died. I had the battery checked and they said it had to be replaced but it would be for no charge because the warranty was still good. When they put my information into their computer, they said that I had to pay for the battery, and they charged my **** credit card for the purchase. When they went to install the battery into my car it didn't fit because they had placed the wrong information into their computer. They took the wrong battery back and went into their computer again with the correct information, this time they said that the battery I needed was still under warranty and that I would not be charged for the battery. I told them that they had incorrectly charged my card for the wrong battery and to make sure that the charge was taken off my credit card account. They told my not worry, that their computer would take the charge off automatically. When I received my credit card bill Autozone still charged me for the wrong battery that I was never supposed to pay for in the first place. I went to the store to resolve the issue, but they told I had to report it to their customer service department which I did but I have not heard back from them, and I have been given the run around. There were two separate transactions, 1. receipt # ******, store trans. # ****** & store # ****. 2. receipt # ******, store trans. # ****** & store # ****. They charged my **** credit card with the last for digits of ****. Could you please help me get my money back, anything that you can do will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, *********************
