    8/18/22 Thursday We both signed the agreement for the job (converting oil to gas system) total is $15,000 I did paid the deposit $7,000 on 8/18/22 The second payment is after the installation for the water heating & boiler system The last payment will be after everything is done and pass the all of the test and got the entire permit 9/29/22 He still didnt remove the oil tank; it means he didnt do any physical job Around 10/19/22 They remove the oil tank and old heating system & old boiler 12/12/22 Monday My ** team cant wait for him anymore they have to cover back the *************** If ******************* to work need to take down the wall or open a hole on the ceiling, the ** team have to charge me extra pay for it, so I have been warned ***** if you delay for the job he needs to cove my lost, but he still ignore me.Until 12/20/22 The new heating system still hasnt finished yet!! And keep asking for the second payment Between 10/19 to 12/20/2022, I have been tried to connect with him many times to find out the process, but he always ignore my phone call or messages. Or he promise he will come to my house to do the job, but he still no show. ***** is a terrible liar !!! please beware this company - Zax Plumbing Inc.

     This was a misunderstanding of the contract agreed to by both parties. It was amicably resolved on 12/21/22 and the work will be finished to the customer's satisfaction.
