All fees are Non-Refundable & all payments are final, unless cancellation is due to a health related emergency in which a note from a medical physician is required and initial payment will be applied to a future 365Lax event(s) that is valid for 365 days from when the incident was sustained.
For items that are rewarded to contest winners &/or applicants who are one of the first 25 campers tp register, if their is a manufacturer defect then we will honor the manufacturers warranty policy and exchange the product for something of similar or equal value pending the requests of the athlete.
