      Merchants included for discounts have never heard of program so do not accept the coupons for discounts. Definitely not worth purchasing.

      Just went through the same thing at ****** *************. The business owner was furious. He said he's gone through this for the past five years and cannot get them to stop printing coupons without his permission. He very graciously gave us 20% off our bill, 2-1/2 times as much as the bogus coupon! I give this one star because I can't do any less and it won't let me do a review without leaving a star.

      Today 4/9/24 I tried using the app for a buy one get one free “ love it” size , ice cream at **** ***** ******** ******* ***** ** ******* **** San Antonio Texas. They refused it and told me they only accepted coupons from their app.

      this company is not legit. They are putting businesses in their coupon book without the consent of the buisness.

      Never again will I buy these books. The businesses refuse to honor the coupons or the business is closed. Many of the coupons are for off the wall strange places that I would never eat at anyway (Indian, Ethiopian, or Middle Eastern). The books are thinner this year with fewer coupons than in year's past but the cost remains the same ($25).

      We signed up over a decade ago for advertising in the coupon book. I have tried to contact the company to opt out many times unsuccessfully. For the first time last year they emailed a proof to approve or amend. I switched an offer and changed the terms of another as times are different then in the early 2000’s when we signed up. They changed our offers to something completely different then I had set. They have also included us on the online coupons that we never agreed upon. I can not reach anyone with the company and when you utilize the “contact us” button you recieve an automated response that someone will follow up soon which never yet has happened.

      Finally was excited to use a coupon at **** ****** in Tonawanda, NY only to find out there is “new ownership” and they don’t accept coupons anymore. What’s the point of a coupon book if the companies can refuse coupons??

      Ordered 3 2023 books in November 2022 for Christmas. They charged the credit card but the books are not sent. The UPS tracking number does not work or shows the books did not ship
