    1/24/25 order number ******* showed as shipped. It's said unknown error for several days now. Said it was delayed and processing exemptions. $60.98. No response to messages or emails

    I placed a HEMP order through Bearly legal Hemp x2 ***** ***** $56.52. Order#******* delivered Monday 1/29/24.
    Upon opening said package I noticed x2 ********** *** NOT WHAT I ORDERED****
    I immediately emailed them Monday, in hopes to have a response today Tuesday 1/30/24. Welp, no email response. So I have now called them 4 times and told by the automated lady that I was unable to speak to CS and to leave a message. Its now 2:49pm NJ time. No response still.
    This is my 2nd time buying from them. Not a good look when a customer can't get what they paid for and their lack of customer service.
    To already have a whole "F" grade is sad. I guess they like their "F" because its 2024 and your other complaint was a few years ago.
    I opened the package noticed it was wrong took a picture and put it back in the package like I found it. Ready to be returned. Took a video of myself showing the seal was not broken or tampered with just so there is no issues with my "EXCHANGE" for what I actually ordered.
