    I will say has to be the rudest hockey team in the planet. I have been going for close to 2 years. Ever since I had trouble with the hockey staff. Starting off is there office manager Kelsie L***. She is very ignorant and will favorite her customers and treat others like garbage. Robert G****
    Director: Ticketing & Merchandise manager is known to give tickets free of charge to his favorit fans who he is close with like the ******* family. I have seen where Brooke h****** does paintings and gets free tickets all the time from Bobbie. There is ongoing favoritism with this staff and it's a little sad. I'm just coming clean cause this year I was assaulted 2 times during the game and was banned due to informing security. Andrea J******** needs to step up and take action. He ban a person that has mental health issues and cause his customers threatened me and instead of fighting I reported to security. I spoke to a lady this evening who stated she mailed me a letter informing me of the ban. I still never got this and they refuse to send another or show proof via certified letter of this ban. I think this team is a scam and a fake. There business model is to screw people over. Andrea should be ashamed of his self.
